Orange Prize Shortlist

The six finalists to make it to the Orange Prize Shortlist were announced recently.
They are as follows:
Our own Anne Enright for her novel “The Forgotten Waltz”
Ann Patchett for her work “State of Wonder”
Georgina Harding for her third novel “Painter of Silence”
Esi Edugyan for “Half Blood Blues”
Madeline Miller for her debut novel “The Song of Achilles”
Cynthia Ozick completes the list with her “Foreign Bodies”.
The ultimate winner will be announced at London’s Royal Albert Hall on May 30th.
